Have you just bought a new Smartphone, and need to get your information transferred from your old phone and get up to speed quickly without the hassle of reading the manual and installing and configuring software? While you relax, ServiceTechzone Technicians will use our remote service capability to connect to your PC and Smartphone, and set up your Smartphone's software, so that you will be up and running as soon as possible.

As part of this service, ServiceTechzone will:

• Install the PC software client on your laptop or desktop
• Enable automatic or scheduled back-ups
• Configure automatic synchronization with Microsoft Outlook for your Email messages, Calendar and Contacts
• Basic training on the use of the PC synchronization software

In addition, we will remotely access your Smartphone to provide the following areas of support:

• Set up email (if it is on a publicly accessible system such as Yahoo! Mail and Google Gmail)
• Changes to configurations on the Smartphone
• Help pick a ring tone
• Provide basic training on the use of the Smartphone, including navigation, and how to add new phone numbers.
